1. RULES FOR MENTEES
1.1. Eligibility Criteria
- Currently working as a HR Manager, HR Lead, or Senior HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Aspiring to grow into a C-level leadership role within the next 3–5 years.
- Willing to commit time and take an active role in leading 1-on-1 mentoring sessions.
1.2. Participation Commitment
- Attend all scheduled 1-on-1 sessions agreed with the Mentor and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or absence.
- Proactively prepare topics, questions, and discussion points before each session.
- Participate in program activities (Orientation Day, Matching Day, and Graduation Day) as scheduled by the Organizing Team.
- Complete program feedback surveys when required by the Organizing Team.
1.3. Mentoring Recap Requirement
After each mentoring session, mentees are required to submit a recap post in the program’s Facebook group, including:
- Key reflections from the session, learnings, and next action steps.
- A photo of the Mentor and Mentee taken during the session.
- The scheduled date for the next session.
Notes:
- Recap posts must be published no later than 9:00 PM on the last day of the month in which the session takes place.
- Failure to submit or late submission twice may result in removal from the program.
1.4. Prohibited Conduct for Mentees
- Requesting mentors to provide job referrals, recruitment support, or responses outside agreed communication hours.
- Sharing any mentoring content externally without prior consent from the Mentor.
- Using the mentoring relationship for personal requests unrelated to professional development.
2. RULES FOR MENTORS
2.1. Eligibility Criteria
- Currently or formerly holding a CHRO, VP HR, or HR Director position.
- At least 10 years of HR experience in large-scale organizations.
- A strong commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of the HR profession in Vietnam.
2.2 Participation Commitment
- Participate in program activities (Orientation Day, Matching Day, and Graduation Day) as scheduled by the Organizing Team.
- Conduct at least a mentoring session per month with assigned mentees.
- Notify both the mentee and Organizing Team in advance in case of schedule changes or inability to continue participation.
- Maintain a professional, open, and respectful attitude throughout all mentoring sessions.
2.3. Mentor Scope & Limitations
- Mentors are not required to provide job opportunities, referrals, or any form of preferential treatment.
- Session timing and frequency are flexible and mutually agreed between both parties; mentors are not expected to respond outside agreed communication hours.
- Mentors are not responsible for the mentee’s career outcomes; ownership of development lies with the mentee.
3. GENERAL RULES
3.1. Confidentiality
- Mentors and Mentees must not share any sensitive personal or professional information externally without prior written consent.
- All mentoring discussions are considered confidential and used solely for professional development within the program.
- All program-related data will be deleted within 12 months after program completion.
3.2. Respect & Professional Conduct
- All participants are required to respect each other’s time, perspectives, and personal boundaries.
- Maintain a professional, constructive, and non-judgmental environment throughout the program.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.
3.3. Image Usage Rights
- By participating in the program, Mentors and Mentees agree that the Organizing Team may use event photos for program communication purposes.
- Any personal images or content will only be used with prior notice and consent.
3.4. Responsibilities of the Organizing Team
- The Organizing Team reserves the right to reassign mentor–mentee pairs if issues arise that may affect program quality or safety.
- The Organizing Team may terminate participation in cases of non-compliance, including but not limited to lack of commitment, unexcused absences, or inappropriate behavior.
- The Organizing Team does not interfere with mentoring content but will provide support in resolving conflicts when necessary.
